Grateful Patient

A "Thank You" that Keeps on Giving

Scotland Memorial Foundation’s Grateful Patient Program provides patients, family, and friends with another way to say “thank you” to a member of our Scotland Health Care System team who made a difference in their lives. By honoring a team member who has gone the extra mile to care for or help you or a loved one, you will be making a tangible and meaningful impact on our ability to care for our patients and help provide essential resources so we may better serve you, your family, and the community.
